Ian Celebrates 20 Years at People First

On the 1st April, 1999, Ian Ward joined People First Recruitment. Not the most auspicious of dates, but one which has a deserved place in history!

Working his way up from consultant to manager to director, and responsible for establishing People First’s Chinese division, Ian has been an intrinsic member of the People First team for two decades.
Part of the People First DNA, Ian is everyone’s go-to colleague for advice on everything from how to deal with a difficult situation to where to find the nearest cat café! Liked and respected by colleagues, candidates and clients alike, we are delighted that Ian has chosen to work at People First for such a long time.

Ian seemed to like his celebratory gift, but didn’t seem quite so sure about taking his balloons home on the tube!
