简历上要点如何写才能脱颖而出

雇主招聘时更看重的是成就,而不是职称,因此,在提供的要点中要清晰有力地记录你的成就。为了让这些要点脱颖而出,要做到以下六点:

1、为每份工作提供要点

为每一份工作经历写一小段描述,并添加要点来突出你在该职位上取得的成就。

你可以用这样的描述开始: " Successfully managed HR programs as the company grew from 10,000 to 30,000 employees worldwide"。

接下来用项目符号来支持这句话:(1) created new programs as the company expanded; (2) attracted more and more employees to those programs; (3) improved employee retention through these programs.

总之,对于简历上的每份工作,都要给出一个主要陈述,并在下方添加一组要点展示你的成就。切忌简单的罗列工作职责,因为没有人会关心你被给予了什么工作,他们关心的是你在这个岗位上做了什么。

2、要点用主动式动词开始

用主动动词作为要点的开头,会使句子增色不少。

使用如“provided”,“created”,“developed”,“improved”,“led”,“initiated”,“won”之类的词, 尽量避免使用暗示你不是关键角色的动词,如 "helped"。

比方说,某个职位的主要信息是 " In this role, I led a team of art directors and freelancers who developed and delivered award-winning ad campaigns"。

你在这条信息下的要点可以用三个主动动词开头:

Expanded the existing team by hiring two top-flight creatives and a copywriter.

Provided creative direction for two successful campaigns.

Led an awesome team that won a Webby award and a Clio.

3、展示令人印象深刻的指标

确保使用确凿的数字来说明你的影响力。85%的招聘人员表示,提供能说明你成就的指标非常重要,包括增长百分比、飙升的数字、同比满意度水平等。例如:

Built software teams of 55+ specialists in four years.

Introduced mobile services that expanded our customer base by 20%.

Executed an innovative software development strategy that allows us to reach three million users and earn annual revenue of $125 million.

4、谨防自大

你想让人觉得你在每一份工作中都真正有所作为是可以理解的,但要谨防夸夸其谈或傲慢自大。

最好通过实例来展示,而不是简单地告诉招聘人员你有多么出色。避免这样的陈述:

 " Established a large client list through impeccable service, integrity, graciousness, and an unrivaled determination to delight every customer "。

5、保持句子简洁

避免长篇大论。坚持使用简单的陈述句,使用指标但不要包含太多,这样会显得矫枉过正,而且听起来也不如每个要点都有一两个关键数据给人留下深刻印象。

6、近期的工作多列一些要点

要点目的是展示你的成功,强调近期的成功会让简历更有说服力,而不是对你的所有工作一视同仁。
